  • Manage, coach, and develop Support Professionals
  • Drive strong performance across productivity, quality, and CSAT KPIs
  • Establish scalable rhythms for capacity planning and queue health
  • Guide team in adopting AI-assisted workflows

  • 3+ years of Support leadership experience
  • Located in Sydney, Australia
  • Experience leading teams through complex troubleshooting and escalations
  • Experience implementing AI in a support model
