You'll lead Vanta's APJ Support team, resolving complex technical issues and shaping an AI-powered support model. You'll build a capable team, improve operational systems, and influence product quality across cross-functional teams. - Manage, coach, and develop Support Professionals
- Drive strong performance across productivity, quality, and CSAT KPIs
- Establish scalable rhythms for capacity planning and queue health
- Guide team in adopting AI-assisted workflows
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of Support leadership experience
- Located in Sydney, Australia
- Experience leading teams through complex troubleshooting and escalations
- Experience implementing AI in a support model
