You'll lead the technical evolution of a large-scale personalization and assignment platform, designing data systems that match members to offers. You'll own batch pipelines processing billions of records and drive the shift from deterministic scoring to ML-driven personalization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scoring frameworks ranking eligible offers per member
• Lead segmentation and feature pipelines at scale
• Architect large-scale batch processing workflows
• Define pipeline SLAs and data freshness guarantees

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in data science or related field
• 5+ years experience in a data science role
• Proven experience designing large-scale data processing systems (hundreds of millions to billions records)
• Experience building scoring, ranking, or recommendation frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with offer, loyalty, dining, or hospitality platforms
• Familiarity with Scala or JVM-based systems
• Experience with analytics engineering (dbt)
