💼 About This Role
You'll prepare cold food items and support galley operations on a National Geographic expedition ship for Lindblad Expeditions. You'll ensure sanitary food storage and assist with inventory management while working in a high-energy environment at sea.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prepare salads, garnishes, dressings, and desserts for meals
- Clean counter tops, sinks, and work surfaces in the galley
- Assist with storage, rotation, and inventory of food items
- Participate in safety training and emergency drills
📋 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year recent cooking or food service experience
- US Passport or US Permanent Resident Card
- STCW Basic Safety Training certification
- USCG Medical Certificate required

- Experience in high-volume kitchen operations
- Familiarity with CDC Vessel Sanitation Program standards
