💼 About This Role

You'll prepare cold food items and support galley operations on a National Geographic expedition ship for Lindblad Expeditions. You'll ensure sanitary food storage and assist with inventory management while working in a high-energy environment at sea.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prepare salads, garnishes, dressings, and desserts for meals
  • Clean counter tops, sinks, and work surfaces in the galley
  • Assist with storage, rotation, and inventory of food items
  • Participate in safety training and emergency drills

📋 Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year recent cooking or food service experience
  • US Passport or US Permanent Resident Card
  • STCW Basic Safety Training certification
  • USCG Medical Certificate required

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in high-volume kitchen operations
  • Familiarity with CDC Vessel Sanitation Program standards
