You'll architect and lead global IP strategy for Parabilis' Helicon™ platform and pipeline, protecting breakthrough therapies targeting previously undruggable proteins. You'll collaborate with R&D and business teams to translate innovation into competitive advantage. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the IP foundation of a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company redefining drug discovery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute global patent strategies
• Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
• Conduct freedom-to-operate analyses and patent landscapes
• Support due diligence for partnerships and financings
• Manage IP budgets and portfolio tracking systems

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. in chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline
• Registered U.S. Patent Agent or admitted U.S. Patent Attorney
• 5+ years of biotechnology patent experience
• Familiarity with peptide therapeutics and intracellular delivery
