You will be part of a small, high-profile team supporting the CFO and CEO with top-line analysis, long-range planning, and strategic initiatives. You'll analyze company performance, build financial models, prepare C-Suite reporting packages, and partner with data teams to streamline planning processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related field
• Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
• Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality work
• Proven experience in strategic planning and financial modeling
• Strong communication skills for translating financial data into business narratives

Responsibilities

• Analyze company performance across global revenue, costs, and growth trends
• Own delivery and improvement of C-Suite reporting packages
• Support Investor Relations and Financial Reporting in quarterly earnings materials
• Develop analytical frameworks for business performance and budget variances
• Build and maintain complex financial models for strategic initiatives
