💼 About This Role

You'll troubleshoot complex network, hardware, and software issues for Verkada's cloud-managed IoT platform. You'll own customer problems from start to finish, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to test new products and identify bugs. This internship offers hands-on projects and lab testing with cutting-edge technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Solve complex network, hardware, and software issues for the Verkada platform
• Provide customers with best practices for system design and integration
• Own customer issues from start to finish ensuring successful resolution
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to test new products and identify bugs

📋 Requirements

• Available for full-time (40 hours/week) in-person internship for Fall 2026
• Third or fourth-year student in a technical field like Networking or Computer Science
• Coursework experience with computer networking, Linux, and computer systems
