You'll provide couples and family therapy at LifeStance Health, a leading behavioral health group. Your work will expand access to mental healthcare in a supportive, outpatient setting. This role offers flexible scheduling and strong compensation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct individual, couples, or family therapy sessions
• Develop treatment plans for adult and adolescent patients
• Collaborate with mid-level providers as needed
• Maintain clinical documentation using digital technology

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed as an LMFT in Delaware
• Experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
• Credentialed with major insurance panels preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.)
• Bilingual ability
