You'll be a hands-on member of our Cultivation team, nurturing plants from growth through harvest in a fast-moving cannabis company. You'll rotate through tasks like pruning, trellising, and harvesting while ensuring top-quality production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily plant inspections for pests and pathogens
• Execute pruning, trellising, harvesting, and curing
• Perform routine plant maintenance across growth stages
• Keep work area clean and maintain accurate logs

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 21+ years old and US residency
• 1+ year of horticulture or production experience
• Dispensing Organization Agent ID (obtainable upon hire)
