You'll lead the Agent Assist product portfolio, developing AI-powered real-time assistance for contact center agents. Your core impact is driving product strategy from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering, data science, and design. This role offers high autonomy in a fully remote environment with a Fortune 500 client base.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product roadmap and strategic direction for AI innovations
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Product Design
• Collaborate with customers and Go-To-Market teams for insights

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of SaaS product management experience
• Background in Contact Center industry
• Experience building and shipping AI-driven products
• Understanding of ML-driven product development lifecycle
