You'll lead closing and post-closing operations at Pylon, the first vertically integrated mortgage platform turning origination into a single API. You'll shape scalable workflows and guide engineering teams toward automated solutions in a highly regulated $13T market. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on partner management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop closing and post-closing workflows, SOPs, and QC measures
• Enhance closing systems for efficiency, quality, and compliance
• Oversee day-to-day operations with third-party fulfillment partners
• Define monitoring productivity standards and performance goals

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in closing and post-closing processes
• Proven track record developing workflows and procedures for Conventional, Jumbo, NON-QM, GOVT loans
• Proficiency in configuring closing and post-closing systems for efficiency and compliance
• Experience managing decentralized teams and strategic third-party partners
