You'll lead AI-first design for Saviynt's identity SaaS platform, shaping scalable design systems and functional prototypes. Your work will ensure a seamless user experience as the company accelerates AI deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Champion AI-first design culture with cutting-edge generative tools
• Architect and evolve the Saviynt pattern library
• Build functional prototypes using HTML/CSS and AI coding assistants
• Mentor junior designers and manage contractor teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in a web-based product company with SaaS
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
• Proven AI-first design experience with LLMs and Generative AI
• Mastery of wireframes and interactive prototypes

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity domain
• Experience with user research and data collection
