💼 About This Role

You'll own a strategic portfolio of Commercial and Mid-Market customers, driving long-term value realization and retention for 1Password's Extended Access Management solutions. You'll serve as a trusted security advisor, aligning outcomes to their Identity and Access Management strategy. This remote role is open within the PST time zone.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive Success Plans for customer accounts.
• Lead proactive lifecycle engagements, including executive business reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities through upsell and cross-sell motions.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and account insights in Salesforce and Gainsight.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding retention and expansion KPIs.
• Experience delivering accurate renewal forecasts to senior leadership.
• Advanced Salesforce and Gainsight proficiency.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting customers using 1Password or other enterprise password platforms.
• Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
