Description
As a Clinical Account Manager, you will launch bezuclastinib for multiple indications, meet sales targets, and build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals in the Miami territory. You'll analyze business performance, execute account plans, and collaborate with internal teams to advance patient care.
Requirements
- BA/BS or healthcare equivalent degree required
- Minimum 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience, preferably in Rare Disease/Oncology/Hematology
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace and healthcare industry trends
- Proven ability to manage business relationships with external partners
- Prior experience in large accounts or hospitals required
Responsibilities
- Holistically support and manage territory accounts, building relationships with physicians, allied health professionals, and business stakeholders
- Maintain deep understanding of territory including opinion leaders, treatment trends, payer dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Create and execute comprehensive territory plan, achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrate clinical expertise and deliver strategic customer education
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and advance business objectives
