Description

You will lead a high-performing team to drive adoption of Natera's Zenith portfolio in rare disease diagnostics. You'll build strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders and major children's hospitals to expand patient access to advanced genomic testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years in biotech, pharma, or diagnostic sales
• 3+ years in sales leadership
• Deep understanding of rare disease landscape in medical genetics or pediatrics
• Experience with Children's Hospitals preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a regional sales team
• Develop and execute regional business plans for growth
• Build relationships with KOLs in pediatrics, neurology, and medical genetics
• Lead field execution for Zenith portfolio including sales cycles and contract negotiations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Managed Care
