You'll run technical hiring end-to-end for a fast-growing health data infrastructure startup, building the team that will quadruple our engineering org. You'll own sourcing, pipeline building, and partner with hiring managers to make every hire count. Backed by top VCs, we're solving one of healthcare's biggest challenges.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Run technical hiring end-to-end from first conversation to offer
- Source outbound candidates consistently to build pipeline
- Build Junction's network in European engineering through events and content
- Partner with hiring managers to refine interview plans and scorecards
๐ Requirements
- Technical recruiting experience hiring senior talent at early-stage startups
- Sourcing-first mindset with proven outbound pipeline building
- High-agency operator who drives processes independently
- Strong judgment to evaluate candidates and back decisions with reasoning
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience hiring across Engineering, Design, Data, and Product roles
- Familiarity with Python, Go, TypeScript, or cloud infrastructure
- Network of European engineering talent
