🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach team to deliver exceptional customer service and build loyalty.
• Execute opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and inventory counts.
• Drive consultative selling and meet daily KPI goals.
• Train new hires and provide real-time coaching and feedback.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience
• 1 year of POS and cash handling experience
• 6 months of leadership experience in retail
• 21 years of age or older
