💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate and validate equipment data for maintenance and asset management in a 2-year assignment in Germany. You'll perform field walk-downs and collaborate with manufacturers to ensure standardized records in high-stakes environments. This role offers hands-on experience building foundational reliability skillsets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform field walk-downs to collect baseline equipment data
• Refine and load equipment specifications into a database
• Collaborate with manufacturers to develop unique parts lists
• Review maintenance data and engineering drawings
• Draft Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) sheets

📋 Requirements

• BS in Engineering or Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in process engineering, maintenance, or reliability
• Ability to read P&ID diagrams
• Ability to identify industrial equipment and record data

• Experience with lean six sigma
• TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) experience
• Operational excellence background
