Description

You will lead strategic product development for internal platforms, partner tools, and integrations at a healthcare technology company that makes prescriptions accessible and affordable. You'll drive cross-functional execution to scale operations and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years product management with focus on platform tools, internal systems, or integrations
• Previous software engineering or technical implementation experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, and integration patterns
• Proven experience shipping AI/ML-powered product features (e.g., conversational AI, copilots)
• Experience developing and optimizing AI-powered voice agents for call centers

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and priorities across internal and external tools and backend services
• Lead roadmap for external system integrations
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Legal to build technical solutions improving performance and scalability
• Design reusable product components, workflows, and APIs to reduce friction for downstream teams
• Define success metrics, analyze performance, and improve tools based on data and feedback
