Description

You will work alongside the Growth Marketing and Design teams to evolve our Creative Testing Roadmap, aligning creative concepts with player motivations and genre taxonomies. You'll explore AI-assisted tools to support rapid creative ideation and testing at scale, collaborating to translate strategic insights into high-performing creative assets.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an MBA program
• Undergrad degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, or related field
• Ability to map complex data to human behaviors and motivations
• Interest in emerging tools and AI-assisted workflows
• Deep understanding of the Roblox ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Use established Gamer Motivation Models to categorize creative concepts
• Refine the Creative Testing Roadmap to bridge audience targeting and visual storytelling
• Explore and implement AI-assisted tools for rapid creative ideation and testing
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Design to translate insights into creative assets
• Deliver a framework guiding how Roblox moves from insight to performance test
