• Define and execute user acquisition strategy aligned with growth targets
• Lead and mentor teams in paid media, influencer marketing, and growth
• Drive multi-channel growth across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging channels
• Pioneer new marketing projects from inception to scalable channels

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record in senior marketing leadership with multi-channel UA
• Exceptional ability to build marketing strategy and leverage data for decisions
• History of hands-on ownership from day-to-day operations to strategic goals
• Deep understanding of mobile ad-tech and gaming ecosystem
