🎯 What You'll Do

• Define vision for DevAI platform and prioritize investments.
• Act as thought leader on AI-powered devtools for engineers.
• Own developer productivity survey and education programs.
• Establish data-driven frameworks to measure DevAI ROI.

📋 Requirements

• Engineering experience with hands-on coding agents expertise.
• Product Management experience building developer tools or AI products.
• AI fluency (Generative AI, LLMs) and understanding of developer workflows.
• Entrepreneurial mindset navigating high ambiguity.

• Experience driving organizational mindset shifts and large-scale technical initiatives.
