🎯 What You'll Do

• Craft coffee products and serve customers with energy and empathy
• Train new employees on recipes, processes, and uniform standards
• Open and close location safely, ensuring cleaning duties are followed
• Handle minor customer issues positively and solution-focused

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer service leadership
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability including 2 peak days (Fri, Sat, Sun)
