💼 About This Role

You'll lead consultative engagements to shape security protocols for clients as a key player in our cybersecurity advisory team. You'll apply expertise in cybersecurity frameworks to advise on CMMC compliance, developing robust documentation and implementing IT security best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead IT system security consultations within CMMC and NIST frameworks.
• Conduct gap analyses, workshops, and advisory consulting projects.
• Develop System Security Plans and supporting documentation.
• Mentor team members on audit preparation and technical reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in government compliance (CMMC, FISMA, FedRAMP).
• Strong familiarity with NIST Special Publications 800-series.
• Experience with risk management frameworks and security assessments.
• CMMC certification (CCP, CCA, or Lead CCA) required.
