Description

You will lead, plan, and organize events that bring VIBE's cultural programming to life, working collaboratively with content, sales, and marketing teams to curate live experiences that amplify the brand's voice and relevance.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience producing events
• Experience with sponsorship moments and brand integrations around live music
• Client sponsor management skills including status updates and KPI achievement
• Knowledge of brand activation tactics and vendor relationships
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Build and manage custom event budgets for sales pitches
• Research and select venue options, collaborating with Production Events team
• Manage event execution timelines and act as point person at events
• Secure, recommend, and bid out vendors (fabricators, staff, production, food & beverage)
• Manage expenses, payments, sponsor activations, and event recaps
