📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of investment banking or transaction experience
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3.5 GPA
• Financial modeling and valuation knowledge
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

✨ Nice to Have

• Securities Industries Essentials (SIE) license
• Series 79 and 63 licenses
• Interest in Diversified Industrials sector
