🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day hub operations and staff productivity
• Assist partner drivers with onboarding and sticker installation
• Prepare daily performance reports and monitor attendance
• Plan offsite driver onboarding events and engagement activities

📋 Requirements

• Lead/Supervisory experience for at least 1 year
• Data-driven mindset with reporting and analysis skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow established processes
• Willingness to work and travel in North Caloocan
