💼 About This Role

You'll work with product development and R&D teams to embed quality principles from early concept through validation. You'll ensure new technologies meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards in a hands-on environment. This role is based in Cannondale's R&D hub in Freiburg, where engineering, testing, and riding come together daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product Development to embed quality into early-stage development
• Act as quality decision-maker at innovation gates
• Develop frameworks and testing protocols for emerging technologies
• Conduct Design for Quality initiatives
• Support portfolio reviews by evaluating quality risk

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
• 2-5 years experience in related field
• Knowledge of EN/ISO standards, CPSC, CPSIA
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
