🎯 What You'll Do
- Conduct compensation analysis and modeling for program design
- Lead market benchmarking and evaluate internal equity
- Manage execution of global planning cycles
- Partner with Recruiting Team to optimize offer processes
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of compensation experience in global tech
- Expert-level Excel (array formulas, Power Query)
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis
- Experience with Workday or similar global HRIS
