🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct compensation analysis and modeling for program design
  • Lead market benchmarking and evaluate internal equity
  • Manage execution of global planning cycles
  • Partner with Recruiting Team to optimize offer processes

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of compensation experience in global tech
  • Expert-level Excel (array formulas, Power Query)
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis
  • Experience with Workday or similar global HRIS
