You'll work on debt and equity capital raises and strategic transactions at Lambda, the AI cloud leader. This role directly informs live deals and gives you exposure to senior stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build consolidated databases for debt, equity, and M&A comparables
• Evaluate and present potential M&A targets with financial analyses
• Own deal-level financial models like cash flow waterfalls and merger models
• Prepare board-facing materials and analysis for transaction decisions
• Interface with lenders, bankers, advisors, strategic partners, and founders

📋 Requirements

• MBA currently pursuing
• Investment banking experience or equivalent (corporate development, private equity)

• TMT coverage experience
• Leveraged finance or M&A experience
• Experience executing debt and equity transactions for high-growth industries
