Description

You will work directly with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported care model.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of residence
• 2 years experience in independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine
• Able to practice without physician supervision (if in FL, IL, MA, MN, or VA)
• Reside in one of: AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup
