You'll review intake applications and help families navigate the authorization process for Abby Care's tech-powered care platform. Your work ensures timely prior authorizations so families avoid delays in care. This is a fully remote role based in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage team evaluating intake applications for program eligibility
• Review medical records for timely prior authorizations
• Maintain quality standards in authorization activities
• Collaborate with partners to enhance compliance and satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years of prior authorization experience
• Strong understanding of medical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with MCO regulations for Pennsylvania HHA services
