You'll provide world-class IT support to internal employees, ensuring state-of-the-art solutions are always available. You'll respond to support requests, manage onboarding/offboarding, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to and resolve support requests from end-users
• Track employee onboarding and offboarding processes accurately
• Install, troubleshoot, and coordinate for computers and peripherals
• Monitor printer supplies and ensure their availability
• Provide support for network access requests

📋 Requirements

• Proficient in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets, MS Excel)
• Familiar with computer hardware and Windows, macOS, Linux
• Knowledgeable about system and network concepts
• Experienced in Active Directory and JumpCloud

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with video conferencing technologies (Zoom, Skype)
• Experience with SaaS management tools (Jira, Slack)
• Ability to proactively test for failure scenarios
