💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary IT escalation point for a high-growth AI company, supporting Mac and Windows fleets and managing user lifecycle administration. You'll directly impact productivity by delivering a seamless, high-touch support experience across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as escalation point for hardware and software issues across Mac and Windows fleet
• Manage user lifecycle provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management across systems
• Own IT onboarding experience from laptop setup to account configuration
• Maintain and improve office IT infrastructure for reliable high-performing environment

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of IT support and administration experience in high-growth environment
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, MDM (e.g. Kandji), IdM/SSO (e.g. Okta)
• Proven experience administering macOS at scale with Windows environment knowledge
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and streamlining IT processes
