Description

As a User Engagement Engineer at Simplesense, you'll provide Tier 1 support and onsite maintenance to ensure mission operators can rapidly adapt and respond. You'll help users resolve issues, monitor system health, and work with engineering teams to translate user needs into improvements, all while keeping the platform resilient and mission-ready.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer support or technical user engagement
• Experience with observability tools (e.g., dashboards)
• Basic networking knowledge
• Ability to work onsite at Tyndall AFB
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute Tier 1 support and triage using runbooks
• Monitor system health and provide touch maintenance
• Deploy network infrastructure (gateways, switches, firewalls)
• Maintain data visualization dashboards
• Curate user documentation and FAQs
