Description

You will support the Macro trading platform and post-trade workflows, ensuring system stability and performance. You'll troubleshoot issues, manage user access, configure systems for accurate analytics, and work on automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Training in computer science, mathematics, physics, or related technical field
• Experience supporting a Macro trading business
• Experience with Orchestrade, Murex, or similar systems
• Proficient SQL, coding/scripting in C#, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, and/or Batch
• Knowledge of Windows, .NET, and SQL Server

Responsibilities

• Support Macro trading platform and post-trade workflows, monitor system stability and performance
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and system changes, respond to user inquiries
• Configure account rollups and instrument setups for accurate analytics
• Innovate and improve system processes to automate repetitive tasks
• Coordinate with technology and business teams on production issues and high-impact changes
