Description

You will support Quality and ISO 9001 across all areas of the organization, focusing on product and manufacturing quality. This role involves analyzing process metrics, writing technical reports, optimizing manufacturability, and driving continuous improvement using Six Sigma and other methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing and quality process for a plant or company with design and production
• Green belt minimum in Six Sigma (black belt preferred)
• Experience with development, manufacturing, and testing of electrical connectors, harnesses, or equipment
• Ability to solve problems creatively and logically across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and compliance
• Demonstrated career ambition with track record of growth and increasing responsibility

Responsibilities

• Collate and analyze quality metrics to meet defined objectives
• Write technical reports on quality levels and costs
• Optimize manufacturability, assembly, testability, cost, and quality of components and final product
• Perform PFMEA and implement new programs to identify and mitigate risk
• Conduct internal and external corrective actions and audits
