📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years leading distributed systems
• Proven expertise in high-throughput, low-latency distributed architectures
• Strong background with relational, graph, time-series, and distributed databases
• Experience with stream-processing frameworks like Apache Kafka or Flink
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, and observability stacks
