🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve customer growth marketing strategy for adoption, engagement, expansion, and retention
• Design and scale programs that drive measurable customer value and revenue growth
• Develop lifecycle campaigns based on customer behavior and segmentation
• Lead expansion-focused strategies for cross-sell, upsell, and deeper product adoption

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related field
• Proven track record of building and scaling customer programs in SaaS
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS lifecycle marketing and performance measurement
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, or Pendo
