💼 About This Role

You'll lead business development for a fast-growing fintech expanding into the Netherlands and EU. You'll build partnerships with Dutch/EU fintechs to offer US brokerage accounts, while supervising compliance with MiFID II and AFM regulations. This role combines start-up mindset with regulatory expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and launch regulated business in the Netherlands and EU
• Identify and partner with Dutch/EU fintechs and financial services companies
• Supervise passporting of services into other EU jurisdictions
• Implement governance, compliance, and risk management structures per MiFID II

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in financial services (brokerage, fintech, bank, or investment firm)
• Proven business development success in recruiting partners and closing engagements
• Understanding of Dutch financial regulation and AFM supervisory process
• Fluent in Dutch and English
