You'll design and deliver enablement programs for a pre-sales engineering team specializing in identity security solutions. You'll own the technical readiness of the SE team, ensuring they can navigate high-level technical discussions with authority. This role offers high visibility and direct impact on sales win rates.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and implement comprehensive SE enablement programs
- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales Leadership on go-to-market strategies
- Manage demo environments, instances, and scripts for prospect meetings
- Define and track KPIs to measure impact on sales win rates
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in sales engineering or technical enablement in identity security
- Ability to explain deep technical concepts clearly and compellingly
- Experience building enablement programs from scratch using LMS platforms
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Business with SaaS sales cycle understanding
