💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare as a Heavy Equipment Field Technician maintaining and repairing a modern fleet of heavy equipment and aerial lifts at our Rayville, LA facility. Your core impact will be diagnosing and fixing complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using proprietary T3 technology to work smarter. This role stands out with year-round OEM training and a strong focus on career advancement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create and monitor work orders
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Complete paperwork and documentation of work performed
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment parts

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle

• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
