🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise 5-7 facilities mechanics of various expertise
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of facilities equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery
• Enforce strict safety regulations and maintain clean workspace

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of facilities mechanic supervisory experience
• 10 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment
• Expertise in diagnosing mechanical/electrical issues using schematics
• Ammonia Refrigeration certification required

✨ Nice to Have

• 2nd Fireman's, Wastewater, or Journeyman Electrical licenses
• Experience with SQF and/or HACCP
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
