💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale Topsort's security, risk, and compliance practices across global frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. You'll act as the key client-facing security contact while enabling privacy-friendly advertising infrastructure. This role offers direct collaboration with co-founders and founding members in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve information security program compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR
• Act as primary client contact for security and compliance topics
• Design and implement risk management frameworks
• Ensure data privacy compliance through privacy-by-design principles

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Proven experience with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR
• Strong understanding of risk management and cloud security principles
• Hands-on, proactive execution mindset in fast-paced environments
