• Lead and develop a team of service and product designers

• Champion design thinking and human evidence across product organisation
• Build and maintain end-to-end experience view across ecosystem

📋 Requirements

• Deep understanding of service design, experience design, and product design disciplines
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional design teams
• Strong experience in systems thinking across multiple products and channels
• Experience in B2B or enterprise software context
