💼 About This Role

You'll own the customer experience from proof-of-concept to final decision as a trusted technical advisor for Verkada's cloud physical security platform. You'll collaborate with sales to design technical solutions and deliver engaging product demonstrations to CTOs and IT executives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as trusted technical advisor to key customer stakeholders
• Lead product demonstrations and deliver engaging presentations
• Collaborate with sales to assess and qualify customer opportunities
• Act as Verkada technical Subject Matter Expert across departments

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Demonstrate solid understanding of TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
• Experience with IT infrastructure, Linux, APIs, Python preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Industry certifications like Network+, Security+, CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect
• Experience with coding languages
