💼 About This Role

You'll own strategic relationships with Fortune 1000 enterprises and drive complex sales cycles for Giga's AI agent platform. Your work will directly shape how top consumer brands like DoorDash transform customer experience. This role offers the chance to build foundational sales processes at a well-funded startup with proven product-market fit.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Cultivate executive-level relationships with CX, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Lead expansion within existing accounts and convert POCs into multi-year partnerships.
  • Manage enterprise negotiations and coordinate technical validation processes.
  • Develop tailored account plans to deepen engagement and unlock new business lines.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategic enterprise SaaS sales with a record of closing 6-7 figure deals.
  • Proven ability to navigate large, complex organizations and build executive relationships.
  • Experience working in early-stage, fast-paced environments with undefined processes.
  • Clear communication skills to align internal and external teams around shared outcomes.

  • Experience selling AI, automation, or CX transformation solutions.
  • Familiarity with large-scale deployments in telecom, logistics, or e-commerce.
  • Early GTM or founding sales experience at a fast-growing startup.
