💼 About This Role

You'll join the NCI Agency's CRS Branch to maintain and operate critical IT environments for NATO. You'll serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft OS and tools, troubleshooting issues and implementing service improvements. This role offers the chance to support NATO's secure communications in The Hague.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and operate all CRS Branch environments
• Provide service support to CQO customers
• Act as SME for Microsoft OS and tools suite
• Troubleshoot Microsoft and PowerShell issues

📋 Requirements

• 3 years post-related experience as System Administrator with technical engineering degree
• 5 years post-related experience with secondary education
• Practical experience with Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, WSUS, MECM, Active Directory, ADFS
• PowerShell script development and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with UNIX-based OS (RHEL or Oracle)
• Working experience with container technologies
• Public cloud experience (Azure or AWS)
