- Troubleshoot issues and recommend suitable product features
- Resolve complex inquiries using support tools and product knowledge
- Build trust through open communication and coordinate team coverage

- Proven experience in customer-centric roles (retail or hospitality)
- Passion for customer happiness and positive demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Flexible scheduling for North American time zones including every 4th weekend
