You will lead Workday HCM deployments by architecting, configuring, and testing solutions to meet client needs. You'll mentor consultants, support proposal preparations, and deliver client demonstrations while collaborating with global teams. This role offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the UK.

Requirements

• Current Workday Partner HCM Certification plus one additional HCM certification
• 2-4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous consulting experience and project management experience
• Strong verbal/written communication and business analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in multiple Workday HCM modules
• Gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions
• Assist with converting legacy data into Workday
• Mentor new consultants and coach others on product knowledge
• Maintain client satisfaction and provide regular status reports to project managers
