💼 About This Role

You'll join Arrive Logistics as a Coverage Specialist, securing carriers for shipments in a fast-paced environment. You'll work the second shift (2-8 PM MX time) to solve problems and coordinate cross-border operations after completing a 1-week training program. This role is a pipeline to full-time sales or operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Secure carrier capacity via inbound/outbound phone calls.
• Negotiate rates to service customer shipments cost-effectively.
• Track load milestones and communicate updates to sales team.
• Resolve transit issues and cross-border carrier escalations.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year logistics industry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work ethic in a high-volume setting.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written).

• Experience with cross-border shipping to/from Mexico.
• Familiarity with transportation management software.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
